At KM Nails Lab, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a refund, please contact us immediately at kmnailslab@gmail.com with your order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order! If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will provide an exchange for the damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at kmnailslab@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review your request, we will exchange the damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you. Please note that exchanges are the only resolution available for damaged or defective items — refunds will not be issued in these cases.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or discounted items
