We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colours of the products.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, an unauthorized or illegal transaction, or an error in pricing.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Orders & Cancellations

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at kmnailslab@gmail.com.

5. Shipping

We ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. Shipping times and rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout. KM Nails Lab is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from KM Nails Lab pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for exchange only. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
