Use a soft measuring tape or a paper strip — measure the widest part of each nail in millimetres.

  1. Measure — wrap the strip across the widest part of each nail (side edge to side edge).
  2. Record — write down all 10 measurements in mm, in order: thumb, index, middle, ring, pinky for each hand.
  3. Match — find the closest size from the chart below. If your nails span multiple sizes, pick Custom Size.
